During construction, their crew were efficient, quick and they left the site clean every day. What I loved most about them was that we had 5-6 crew dedicated to our project and they were there every day. We reached out to 3 Day Pools a year prior to purchasing our house, and had them in to install the pool just this summer, a year after the house purchase. This kind of timeline seems very long, but given the level of financial commitment when getting a pool, we appreciated being able to save our pennies for 2 years before the big drop. Once the house and budget were secure we began working with the sales and design teams in earnest. They had great ideas to augment our own vision of a dream backyard with a black (YES! BLACK!) pool, and put forth a lot of suggestions with regards to landscape and coping materials - with an eye on our rigid budget - many of which we did end up going with. After the local bylaw officer OK'd the designs and the necessary backyard modifications to accept a pool, the onsite construction and landscaping team came on board. During the excavation and construction phases these gents took great care to protect the parts of our home and yard that were not part of the project, including a prized garden and a pre-existing playground swing set.
